Adjustable Shelves: 3/4" thick particleboard permanently laminated on 2 sides and veneer banded. Resistant to water and most household chemicals. Optional plywood shelves available.
End Panels: 1/2" thick particleboard permanently laminated on 2 sides, resistant to water and most household chemicals. Line-bored for 5mm adjustable shelf pins. Optional plywood end panels available. Exposed ends receive a wood veneer skin on 1/4" MDF core (1/8" on painted grade) or optional raised panel.
Back: 1/8" thick, matches the shelving and end panel material.
Top/Bottom: 1/2" thick particleboard permanently laminated on 2 sides, resistant to water and most household chemicals. Optional plywood top/bottom available.
Doors: Raised panel – 3/4” lumber stiles/rails with cope-and-stick construction. 1/2” Particleboard center panel with laminated veneer front and back eliminates panel movement and failure due to atmospheric conditions. Optional 3/4” solid lumber panels available. Flat panel – 3/4” lumber stiles/rails with cope-and-stick construction. 1/4” Thick plywood center panel. Routed – 3/4” thick high density fiberboard with homogenous core.
Face Frame: 3/4” thick lumber glued and screwed from the back side using pocket bores. Vertical end stiles are 1-1/2” wide and center stiles are 3”. Horizontal rails are 2” wide.
Hinges: Selection of bronze plated semi-concealed knife hinge or nickel plated concealed European hinges. Overlays include 1/4”, 1/2 ” and 1-1/4”.
Nailer: (hanging rails): 3/4” thick pine lumber attached behind the cabinet back.
Door Bumpers: Clear plastic stick-on.

Drawer Box: 1/2" thick Baltic birch plywood with optional dovetail joints. 1/8" or 1/4" thick bottoms. Optional 5/8" thick maple lumber dovetail box available. All drawer boxes receive a clear topcoat finish.
